Idaho Code § 49-2439 — Use Of Public Motor Vehicles.
TITLE 49 MOTOR VEHICLES CHAPTER 24 MISCELLANEOUS 49-2439. Use of public motor vehicles. Motor vehicles owned or operated by any state or local agency may be used in ridesharing arrangements. Participants in any such ridesharing arrangement shall pay the actual total costs of using the vehicle in that arrangement.
