Idaho Code § 49-243 — Severability.
TITLE 49 MOTOR VEHICLES CHAPTER 2 GENERAL 49-243. Severability. The provisions of this title are declared to be severable, and if any provision of this title or the application of that provision to any person or circumstance is declared invalid for any reason, that declaration shall not affect the validity of remaining portions of this title.
