Idaho Code § 49-2422 — Service Fee Taxed As Costs.
TITLE 49 MOTOR VEHICLES CHAPTER 24 MISCELLANEOUS 49-2422. Service fee taxed as costs. The fee of five dollars ($5.00) paid by the plaintiff to the secretary of state and the service shall be taxed in his costs if he prevails in the action.
