Idaho Code § 49-226 — Filing False Affidavit Of Theft Or Embezzlement Of A Vehicle.
TITLE 49 MOTOR VEHICLES CHAPTER 2 GENERAL 49-226. Filing false affidavit of theft or embezzlement of a vehicle. It shall be unlawful and a felony for the owner of any vehicle to file an affidavit as required in section 49-449 , Idaho Code, knowing the same to be false or misleading.
