Idaho Code § 49-2212 — Change Of Federal Rules And Regulations.
TITLE 49 MOTOR VEHICLES CHAPTER 22 HAZARDOUS MATERIALS/HAZARDOUS WASTE TRANSPORTATION ENFORCEMENT 49-2212. Change of federal rules and regulations. Whenever any federal rule or regulation is cited in this chapter and is amended, modified, repealed or recodified, its successor rule or regulation shall govern and be operative.
