Idaho Code § 49-1430 — Forged Certificate.

TITLE 49 MOTOR VEHICLES CHAPTER 14 TRAFFIC — ENFORCEMENT AND GENERAL PROVISIONS 49-1430. Forged certificate. Any person who shall forge or, without authority, sign any declaration that a policy or bond is in effect, or any evidence of proof of financial responsibility, or who files or offers for filing any evidence of proof knowing or having reason to believe it is forged or signed without authority, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than one (1) year, or both.
