Idaho Code § 49-1413 — Procedure Prescribed Not Exclusive.
TITLE 49 MOTOR VEHICLES CHAPTER 14 TRAFFIC — ENFORCEMENT AND GENERAL PROVISIONS 49-1413. Procedure prescribed not exclusive. The provisions of this chapter shall govern all peace officers in making arrests without a warrant for misdemeanor violations of the provisions of this title, but the procedure prescribed shall not otherwise be exclusive of any other method prescribed by law for the arrest and prosecution of a person for an offense of like grade.
