Idaho Code § 49-1226 — Chapter Not To Prevent Other Process.
TITLE 49 MOTOR VEHICLES CHAPTER 12 MOTOR VEHICLE FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY 49-1226. Chapter not to prevent other process. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as preventing the plaintiff in any action at law from relying for relief upon other processes provided by law.
