Idaho Code § 49-1206 — Payments Sufficient To Satisfy Requirements.
TITLE 49 MOTOR VEHICLES CHAPTER 12 MOTOR VEHICLE FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY 49-1206. Payments sufficient to satisfy requirements. Judgments in excess of the amounts specified in section 49-117 , Idaho Code, shall, for the purpose of this chapter only, be deemed satisfied when payments in the amounts specified have been credited. Payments made in settlement of any claims because of bodily injury, death or property damage arising from a motor vehicle accident shall be credited in reduction of the respective amount specified.
