Idaho Code § 49-1007 — Limiting Liability Of Authorities.
TITLE 49 MOTOR VEHICLES CHAPTER 10 WEIGHT, SPEED AND TIRE REGULATIONS 49-1007. Limiting liability of authorities. No action or proceedings of any nature or description shall lie against the board, its authorized agents, or any other authorities charged with the administration of this chapter because of their compliance with any of the terms of this chapter, the exercise of any authority, or the performance of any duties granted or prescribed by this chapter.
