Idaho Code § 48-206 — Separability.
TITLE 48 MONOPOLIES AND TRADE PRACTICES CHAPTER 2 ANTI-PRICE DISCRIMINATION ACT 48-206. Separability. If any provision of this act, or the application thereof to any person or circumstances, is held invalid, the remainder of the act, and the application of such provisions to other persons or circumstances, shall not be affected thereby.
