Idaho Code § 48-1307 — Remedies Cumulative.
TITLE 48 MONOPOLIES AND TRADE PRACTICES CHAPTER 13 MUSIC LICENSING AND COPYRIGHT ENFORCEMENT ACT 48-1307. Remedies cumulative. The rights, remedies and prohibitions contained in this chapter shall be in addition to and cumulative to any other right, remedy or prohibition accorded by common law, federal law or the statutes of the state, and nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed to deny, abrogate or impair any common law or statutory right, remedy or prohibition.
