Idaho Code § 48-116 — Action Not Barred Because It Affects Interstate Or Foreign Commerce.
TITLE 48 MONOPOLIES AND TRADE PRACTICES CHAPTER 1 IDAHO COMPETITION ACT 48-116. Action not barred because it affects interstate or foreign commerce. No action under this chapter shall be barred on the ground that the activity or conduct complained of in any way affects or involves interstate or foreign commerce.
