Idaho Code § 48-111 — Violation Of Court Orders And Consent Decrees — Penalties.
TITLE 48 MONOPOLIES AND TRADE PRACTICES CHAPTER 1 IDAHO COMPETITION ACT 48-111. Violation of court orders and consent decrees — Penalties. Any person who violates the terms of a consent order entered into pursuant to section 48-108 , Idaho Code, or any other judgment or final order entered into under the provisions of this chapter, shall forfeit and pay a civil penalty of not more than fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for each violation, the amount of the penalty to be determined by the district court issuing the judgment or order, or approving the consent decree.
