Idaho Code § 46-1014 — Mutual Aid.

TITLE 46 MILITIA AND MILITARY AFFAIRS CHAPTER 10 STATE DISASTER PREPAREDNESS ACT 46-1014. Mutual aid. (1) Political subdivisions not participating in the intergovernmental arrangements pursuant to this act nevertheless shall be encouraged and assisted by the office to conclude suitable arrangement for furnishing mutual aid in coping with disasters. The arrangements shall include provisions of aid by persons and units in public employ. (2) In passing upon local disaster plans, the office shall consider whether they contain adequate provisions for the rendering and receipt of mutual aid.
