Idaho Code § 45-908 — Power Of Attorney To Mortgage.
TITLE 45 LIENS, MORTGAGES AND PLEDGES CHAPTER 9 MORTGAGES IN GENERAL 45-908. Power of attorney to mortgage. A power of attorney to execute a mortgage, or deed of trust must be in writing, subscribed, acknowledged, or proved, certified and recorded in like manner as powers of attorney for grants of real property.
