Lien For Improving Lots

TITLE 45 LIENS, MORTGAGES AND PLEDGES CHAPTER 5 LIENS OF MECHANICS AND MATERIALMEN 45-504. Lien for improving lots. Any person who, at the request of the owner of any lot in any incorporated city or town, surveys, grades, fills in, or otherwise improves the same, or who rents, leases or otherwise supplies equipment, materials or fixtures as defined in section 28-12-309 , Idaho Code, to such person for the improvement of any lot, or the street in front of or adjoining the same, has a lien upon such lot for his work done or material furnished or equipment, materials or fixtures as defined in section 28-12-309 , Idaho Code, rented, leased or otherwise supplied.
