Idaho Code § 45-410 — Duration Of Lien.
TITLE 45 LIENS, MORTGAGES AND PLEDGES CHAPTER 4 LOGGERS’ LIENS 45-410. Duration of lien. No lien provided for in this chapter binds any saw logs, spars, piles, cord wood or other timber, or any lumber, for a longer period than six (6) calendar months after the claim as herein provided has been filed, unless a civil action be commenced in a proper court within that time to enforce the same.
