Idaho Code § 44-713 — Separability.
TITLE 44 LABOR CHAPTER 7 INJUNCTIVE RELIEF IN LABOR DISPUTES 44-713. Separability. If any provision of this act or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of the act and the application of such provisions to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
