Idaho Code § 44-2007 — Penalties.
TITLE 44 LABOR CHAPTER 20 RIGHT TO WORK 44-2007. Penalties. Any person who directly or indirectly violates any provision of this chapter, excluding the provisions of section 44-2013 , Idaho Code, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be subject to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisonment for a period of not more than ninety (90) days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
