Idaho Code § 44-1810 — Written Recommendation Of Commission — Copies To Parties.
TITLE 44 LABOR CHAPTER 18 EMPLOYMENT OF FIREFIGHTERS 44-1810. Written recommendation of commission — Copies to parties. The recommendation of the fact finding commission shall be in writing and signed by the members joining in the recommendation. The fact finding commission shall deliver a copy of the recommendation to the bargaining agent, corporate authorities, and any other party requesting such recommendation.
