Idaho Code § 43-907 — Right Of Way Over State Lands.
TITLE 43 IRRIGATION DISTRICTS CHAPTER 9 CONSTRUCTION WORK AND ACQUIREMENT OF PROPERTY 43-907. Right of way over state lands. The right of way is hereby given, dedicated and set apart, to locate, construct and maintain said works over and through any of the lands which are now or may be the property of the state.
