Idaho Code § 43-725 — State Lands Subject To Assessment.

TITLE 43 IRRIGATION DISTRICTS CHAPTER 7 LEVY AND COLLECTION OF ASSESSMENTS 43-725. State lands subject to assessment. Lands belonging to the state to which an irrigation district has apportioned benefits pursuant to the provisions of this title shall be subject to the applicable provisions of this title for the levy and collection of assessments for such benefits.
