Idaho Code § 43-325 — County Commissioners To Have Access To Books.

TITLE 43 IRRIGATION DISTRICTS CHAPTER 3 POWERS AND DUTIES OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS 43-325. County commissioners to have access to books. Any board of directors of any such irrigation district, or the secretary thereof, shall at any time allow any member of the board of county commissioners, when acting under the order of such board, to have access to all books, records and vouchers of the district which are in possession or control of said board of directors or said secretary of said board.
