Idaho Code § 43-2539 — Fees Of Treasurer.

TITLE 43 IRRIGATION DISTRICTS CHAPTER 25 LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS 43-2539. Fees of treasurer. The treasurer shall receive the following fees, which, when paid, shall be credited to the general fund of the district: for issuing any delinquency certificate ten dollars ($10.00) to be included in the amount of the certificate; for making any deed ten dollars ($10.00), to be paid by the person to whom made; for giving notice to a mortgagee or lienholder five dollars ($5.00), to be paid by such person; for giving notice of expiration of period of redemption five dollars ($5.00). In all cases where the property is deeded to the district the fees shall be charged to the amount for which the deed is taken and shall be paid upon the sale of the property, or the sale of the delinquency certificate.
