Idaho Code § 43-2307 — Bonds Tax Exempt.
TITLE 43 IRRIGATION DISTRICTS CHAPTER 23 RECONSTRUCTION OF DAMS AND RELATED APPURTENANCES — HYDROELECTRIC FACILITIES CONSTRUCTION 43-2307. Bonds tax exempt. Bonds and interim notes, and the interest thereon, issued pursuant to the authority contained in this chapter shall be exempt from taxation under the Idaho income tax law.
