Idaho Code § 43-229 — Ascertaining The Result — When Recall Effective.
TITLE 43 IRRIGATION DISTRICTS CHAPTER 2 ELECTION OF DIRECTORS 43-229. Ascertaining the result — When recall effective. The votes on a recall election shall be counted, canvassed, and the results certified in the manner provided by law for counting, canvassing, and certifying the results of an election for directors. If a majority of all votes cast at the recall election is for the recall of the director charged, he shall thereupon be recalled and discharged from his office and there shall be declared a vacancy in the office.
