TITLE 43 IRRIGATION DISTRICTS CHAPTER 22 RECONSTRUCTION, REHABILITATION, REPLACEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF DAMS BY IRRIGATION DISTRICTS — FINANCIAL AND OTHER ARRANGEMENTS 43-2207. Liberal construction. Any restrictions, limitations or regulations relative to the issuance of such bonds or the execution of such contracts pursuant to the authority herein contained in any other act shall not apply to the bonds issued under this chapter or the execution of such contracts pursuant to the authority herein contained. Any act inconsistent herewith shall be deemed modified to conform with the provisions of this chapter for the purpose of this chapter only. This chapter being necessary to secure and preserve the public health, safety, convenience and welfare, and for the security of public and private property, it shall be liberally construed to effect the purposes of this chapter.
