Idaho Code § 43-1910 — Supervision Of Works.
TITLE 43 IRRIGATION DISTRICTS CHAPTER 19 DOMESTIC WATER SYSTEMS — CONTRACTS WITH UNITED STATES 43-1910. Supervision of works. The construction, acquisition, improvement, equipment, custody, operation and maintenance of any works under the provisions of sections 43-1906 through 43-1920 , Idaho Code, and the collection of revenues therefrom for the service rendered thereby shall be under the supervision and control of the governing body of the district.
