Idaho Code § 43-1827 — Cancellation Of Operation And Maintenance Assessments.
TITLE 43 IRRIGATION DISTRICTS CHAPTER 18 COOPERATION WITH FEDERAL GOVERNMENT 43-1827. Cancellation of operation and maintenance assessments. The board of directors of any irrigation district which has entered, or may hereafter enter, into a contract with the United States for the operation of the irrigation works of any federal reclamation project, may cancel any operation or maintenance assessment levied against any land where the appurtenant water right has been or may hereafter be canceled by the United States for nonpayment of construction charges.
