Idaho Code § 43-1820 — Maintenance Of Constructed Works.
TITLE 43 IRRIGATION DISTRICTS CHAPTER 18 COOPERATION WITH FEDERAL GOVERNMENT 43-1820. Maintenance of constructed works. The works constructed under the provisions of such contract with the United States shall be controlled and administered by the district in accordance with the provisions of said act of congress and the regulations thereunder.
