Idaho Code § 43-1811 — Terms Of Bonds.

TITLE 43 IRRIGATION DISTRICTS CHAPTER 18 COOPERATION WITH FEDERAL GOVERNMENT 43-1811. Terms of bonds. Irrigation district bonds deposited with the United States pursuant to the provisions of this chapter may call for the payment of principal without interest if so provided in the contract with the United States, or for the payment of interest, may be of such denomination and may call for the repayment of the principal at such times as may be agreed upon between the district and the secretary of the interior.
