Idaho Code § 43-1304 — Election — Conduct.

TITLE 43 IRRIGATION DISTRICTS CHAPTER 13 DISSOLUTION AND MODIFICATION OF DISTRICTS 43-1304. Election — Conduct. Such election must be held in all respects as near as practicable in conformity with the provisions of law governing elections upon the organization of irrigation districts. All persons who possess the qualifications of electors under the general laws of the state and are residents of said district may vote at such election. Upon the ballots used at such elections should be written or printed "For Modification, Yes" and "For Modification, No," or "For Dissolution, Yes" and "For Dissolution, No," or "For Sale or Transfer, Yes" and "For Sale or Transfer, No," depending upon the nature of the proposal to be voted upon.
