Idaho Code § 43-1302 — Election — Call For.
TITLE 43 IRRIGATION DISTRICTS CHAPTER 13 DISSOLUTION AND MODIFICATION OF DISTRICTS 43-1302. Election — Call for. It shall be the duty of the said board of directors, if it approves said petition, to call an election for the purpose of submitting to the qualified electors of the district the proposal specified in said petition: provided, that no sale or transfer shall be made unless to a duly organized irrigation company under the laws of Idaho operating only for the benefit of its stockholders.
