Idaho Code § 43-115 — Limitation On Proceedings Affecting Validity.
TITLE 43 IRRIGATION DISTRICTS CHAPTER 1 ORGANIZATION OF DISTRICT 43-115. Limitation on proceedings affecting validity. No action shall be commenced or maintained, or defense made affecting the validity of such organization after two (2) years from and after the making and entering of said order on its minutes by the board of county commissioners.
