Idaho Code § 43-113 — Registration Not Required.

TITLE 43 IRRIGATION DISTRICTS CHAPTER 1 ORGANIZATION OF DISTRICT 43-113. Registration not required. No registration shall be required in any irrigation district election, but in lieu thereof the judges of election shall require every elector to subscribe to an elector’s oath as prerequisite to casting his vote, and such oath shall be the usual elector’s oath with the following words added thereto, "and I own land within the …. irrigation district, and am a resident of the county within which the district, or a portion thereof, is located."
