Idaho Code § 43-1108 — Changes To Be Filed For Record.

TITLE 43 IRRIGATION DISTRICTS CHAPTER 11 EXCLUSION OF LANDS FROM DISTRICT 43-1108. Changes to be filed for record. The decision and order of the board of directors or the district court, in case of appeal, excluding the petitioner’s land and changing the boundaries of such irrigation district shall be filed for record in the recorder’s office of the county within which are situated the excluded lands.
