Proposed Budget For Succeeding Year

TITLE 42 IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE — WATER RIGHTS AND RECLAMATION CHAPTER 7 HEADGATES AND MEASURING DEVICES 42-712. Proposed budget for succeeding year. Each district hydrographer shall, at least thirty (30) days prior to the annual meeting of the appropriators or water users of the water measurement district, also prepare and file with the department of water resources a proposed budget for the succeeding year, together with an allocation of the amount of the budget to the respective appropriators or water users, using the actual amounts for the past year or years as the basis for the allocation, which proposed budget and allocation shall be submitted to the appropriators or water users for consideration and approval at the next annual district meeting.
