Idaho Code § 42-603 — Supervision Of Water Distribution — Rules And Regulations.
TITLE 42 IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE — WATER RIGHTS AND RECLAMATION CHAPTER 6 DISTRIBUTION OF WATER AMONG APPROPRIATORS 42-603. Supervision of water distribution — Rules and regulations. The director of the department of water resources is authorized to adopt rules and regulations for the distribution of water from the streams, rivers, lakes, ground water and other natural water sources as shall be necessary to carry out the laws in accordance with the priorities of the rights of the users thereof. Promulgation of rules and regulations shall be in accordance with the procedures of chapter 52, title 67 , Idaho Code.
