Idaho Code § 42-5264 — Conduct Of Dissolution Election.

TITLE 42 IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE — WATER RIGHTS AND RECLAMATION CHAPTER 52 GROUND WATER DISTRICTS 42-5264. Conduct of dissolution election. An election on a dissolution petition shall be held in all respects as near as practicable in conformity with the provisions of sections 42-5211 through 42-5213 , Idaho Code. Those district members who are qualified to vote pursuant to section 42-5210 (1), Idaho Code, shall be entitled to vote in the dissolution election. Upon the ballots used at such elections shall be written or printed "For Dissolution–Yes" and "For Dissolution–No," depending upon the nature of the proposal to be voted upon. Each member qualified to vote in the election shall cast a number of votes in proportion to that user’s cubic feet per second of ground water rights.
