Idaho Code § 42-5263 — Notice Of Dissolution Election.
TITLE 42 IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE — WATER RIGHTS AND RECLAMATION CHAPTER 52 GROUND WATER DISTRICTS 42-5263. Notice of dissolution election. Notice of such election must be given by posting notices in five (5) public places in each election precinct in said district at least four (4) weeks before the date of said election and by the publication thereof for the same length of time in some newspaper published in each county in which the district or any part thereof is located. Such notice must specify the time and place of holding such election.
