Idaho Code § 42-5230 — Statement Of Financial Condition.
TITLE 42 IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE — WATER RIGHTS AND RECLAMATION CHAPTER 52 GROUND WATER DISTRICTS 42-5230. Statement of financial condition. On or before the second Tuesday of February of each year the board of directors of each ground water district organized under this chapter shall publish in at least one (1) issue of a newspaper published in the county or counties in which such district is situated, a full, true and correct statement of the financial condition of the district, at the end of the last preceding fiscal year, giving all liabilities and assets of the district, in a form to be prescribed by the controller of the state of Idaho.
