TITLE 42 IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE — WATER RIGHTS AND RECLAMATION CHAPTER 52 GROUND WATER DISTRICTS 42-5229. Report to department of water resources. At least as often as once a year after organization, the board of directors shall make a report to the department of the condition of the work of any mitigation plans developed by the district, as to capacity, stability and permanency, and whether or not any such mitigation plans are being successfully carried out, and whether or not in the opinion of the board the funds available will complete and maintain the mitigation plans. Upon the receipt of such report by the department, it may make such suggestions and recommendations to such board of directors as it deems advisable for the best interest of the district.
