Idaho Code § 42-5208 — Divisions Of District For Election Of Directors.

TITLE 42 IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE — WATER RIGHTS AND RECLAMATION CHAPTER 52 GROUND WATER DISTRICTS 42-5208. Divisions of district for election of directors. The county commission shall also make an order dividing the district into not less than three (3) nor more than seven (7) divisions, each division to contain approximately the same amount, measured in cubic feet per second, of ground water rights as each other division. The divisions shall be numbered first, second, third, etc., and one (1) director, who shall be a ground water user in the division, shall be elected from each division of the district at large. The number of divisions into which the district shall be divided shall be specified in the petition for the organization of the district, and if not otherwise specified shall be three (3).
