Idaho Code § 42-5205 — Notice Of County Commission Hearing.
TITLE 42 IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE — WATER RIGHTS AND RECLAMATION CHAPTER 52 GROUND WATER DISTRICTS 42-5205. Notice of county commission hearing. When the petition is presented, the county commission shall set a time for a hearing on the petition, which shall not be less than four (4) nor more than eight (8) weeks from the date of presentation, unless extended by the county commission for good cause. A notice of the time of such hearing shall be published by the county clerk, at the direction of the commission, at least three (3) weeks before the time of such hearing, in a newspaper or newspapers as required in section 42-5204 , Idaho Code.
