Idaho Code § 42-507 — Provisions Controlling Over Other Acts.
TITLE 42 IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE — WATER RIGHTS AND RECLAMATION CHAPTER 5 STOCKWATER RIGHTS 42-507. Provisions controlling over other acts. Insofar as the provisions of this act are inconsistent with the provisions of any other law, the provisions of this act shall be controlling.
