Idaho Code § 42-502 — Federal Agencies — Stockwater Rights.
TITLE 42 IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE — WATER RIGHTS AND RECLAMATION CHAPTER 5 STOCKWATER RIGHTS 42-502. federal agencies — stockwater rights. No agency of the federal government shall acquire a stockwater right unless the agency owns livestock and puts the water to beneficial use. For purposes of this chapter, "stockwater rights" means water rights for the beneficial use for livestock.
