Idaho Code § 42-4414 — Officers — Meetings.
TITLE 42 IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE — WATER RIGHTS AND RECLAMATION CHAPTER 44 LEVEE DISTRICT ACT 42-4414. Officers — Meetings. The board of commissioners of such district shall elect one (1) of their number chairman and one (1) secretary, and shall keep minutes of all their proceedings. The levee district commissioners shall hold their meetings for the transaction of business at any place in the county or counties in which the district is located.
