Idaho Code § 42-4410 — Nominees For Board Of Commissioners.
TITLE 42 IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE — WATER RIGHTS AND RECLAMATION CHAPTER 44 LEVEE DISTRICT ACT 42-4410. Nominees for board of commissioners. If upon the hearing as provided in section 42-4409 , Idaho Code, the court shall order an election for the creation of the district, nominees for the board of commissioners of the district shall be nominated by the filing of petitions in accordance with the provisions of section 34-1404 , Idaho Code. The court shall order that the names of persons whom the court finds to have been properly nominated shall be listed upon a ballot submitted to the electors at such election.
