Idaho Code § 42-4221 — Redemption And Sale Of Property Subject To Delinquent Assessments.
TITLE 42 IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE — WATER RIGHTS AND RECLAMATION CHAPTER 42 GROUND WATER RECHARGE 42-4221. Redemption and sale of property subject to delinquent assessments. The manner in which property subject to a lien for nonpayment of assessments may be redeemed, and if not redeemed, shall be sold as provided in sections 43-712 , 43-715 through 43-721 , 43-724 and 43-726 , Idaho Code, to the extent that the provisions thereof are in keeping with the provisions of this chapter.
